The groundbreaking for the new stadium happened this past weekend. The new minor league team will begin play here in 2020. With that said, now comes a contest for the name of the team. I am not going to officially submit my suggestion, but maybe it could get momentum and become a finalist. I vote ARSENAL. I think it would fit best with Alabama or North Alabama, but I think the team name Arsenal would be perfect. Ties into the home of Redstone Arsenal. And there is also a sports team in London for professional soccer called Arsenal. What do you think the name should be. They are having a contest for the new name.
