Judge Drops Battery Case Against Tommy Lee's Son

A battery case against Brandon Lee, the 21-year-old son of former Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, has been dropped by a judge in the case.

Last month, Tommy accused his son of attacking him and knocking him out during an argument at his Los Angeles home.

TMZ reports the case was rejected by the L.A. County District Attorney, most likely because Tommy didn't want his son prosecuted.

Brandon was reportedly upset by comments Tommy made via Twitter about his mother, Pamela Anderson

Brandon reportedly barged into Tommy's room and punched him in the mouth, causing Tommy's fiancé, Brittany Furlan, to call police.

In an Instagram post that he deleted later that evening, Tommy shared a photo of his swollen mouth, saying it was the work of Brandon.

Tommy's photo was accompanied by the caption, "My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you."

Brandon told TMZ that Tommy was drunk when he lunged at his son. Brandon says he punched his dad in self-defense. The 21-year-old said he's been concerned about his father's drinking.

As of the following morning, Lee accused Brandon of running from the police and seemed determined to press charges.
